This is the top gap cover plan from Stratum Benefits.

It includes gap cover; co- payment benefit; sub- limit benefit; oncology benefit; casualty benefit and additional benefits.

R320 per family or individual, per month.

Co- Evolution plan (Stratum Benefits)

Cover on this plan includes: gap benefit; co- payment benefit; casualty benefit; trauma counselling benefit; cancer diagnosis benefit and an accidental death benefit.

R225 per family or individual, per month.

Base plan (Stratum Benefits)

This is the most basic gap cover plan from Stratum Benefits.

Cover on the plan includes: gap benefit; casualty benefit; cancer diagnosis benefit; trauma counselling benefit and an accidental death benefit.

R180  per family, or individual, per month.

G- Force plan (Stratum Benefits)

This plan is designed for government employees ( on GEMS scheme).

This plan offers: gap benefit; co- payment benefit; sub- limit benefit; oncology benefits; casualty benefit and additional benefits.

Cost: R240 per month.

Hospital Optimiser (Stratum Benefits)

This plan is designed to offer additional cover for when your schemes overall annual hospital limit has been reached.

R85 monthly premium.

Access Optimiser (Stratum Benefits)

This plan is used for when treatment is required for a medical procedure that is not claimable from your medical scheme, because the procedure is listed as a specific exclusion (think Keycare Plans on Discovery Health).

Cost R180 monthly premium (add the gap benefit at R40).

Dental Assure plan

From basic and affordable dental benefits to specialised dentistry and eye care.

Costs: from R32 to R260 per principal insured, per month. The plan offers 3 different options (different levels of cover).

Essential Primary Plus plan

This plan is a short term insurance policy which provides DAY-TO-DAY and EMERGENCY & ACCIDENTAL cover.

Costs start from R205 to R370, depending on option you choose.
